The Beating By Steve BSM16@hotmail.com Boyfriend and girlfriend are brutally beaten by a jealous female About 5 years ago, my girlfriend and I experienced a very brutal attack at the hands of a woman for which she and I are still recovering from psychologically. We have both been in therapy since the attack. Our therapist found out about this web site about a year ago, and urged me to write about the event, indicating the details of the brutal beating both my girlfriend and I suffered and my innermost feelings at the same time, as that may help me to cope with the psychological damage which I still experience. He insisted that I need to express myself "publicly" even if I use fictitious names and locations. I still feel very reluctant to do so, but I told him I would eventually. Nobody, other that my girlfriend, therapist, the police and the woman herself knows the extent of how brutally we were beaten. Here's what happened. Diane and I Meet I was working in the branch office of a cable TV company in New Jersey as a marketing analyst. I was 27 years old, 5'9" and weighed 160 lbs. I was in excellent condition, worked out at a local gym 2 to 3 times per week and jogged regularly. I had lots of girlfriends since high school and many of them told me that I was good looking and had a strong, well developed physique. I had good muscular development in both my upper and lower body. I did not have anything close to body builder proportions by any means, but I was surely over average in strength for my size. At the time, I was in between girlfriends, when a new analyst began working in my department. She was assigned to me for orientation for her first two weeks on the job. Her name was Diane and she was extremely attractive. She had recently moved to the area a few months ago and this became her second job since arriving. She was 5'5" and weighed about 135 lbs. At work she always wore a nice dress suit or pants suit with high heels. Her leg development was very good. She had nicely developed calf and quadriceps muscles. I never saw her top beyond some nice cleavage when her suit jacket was open and she wore a low cut blouse, but I could see that, based on the width of her shoulders, she was extremely fit. We went out to lunch each day during her first week and we began to talk increasingly about our personal lives. I have never been one to rush into things and I have always treated all the girls I went out with, with respect and full courtesy. I always opened car doors and moved their chair out for them, etc. I think Diane appreciated this as she complimented me on my manners more than once during that first week. On Friday of that week, I asked her if she would like to go out to dinner and a movie, and she graciously accepted. It was very warm on this particular evening when I arrived at her apartment. When Diane opened the door, I was pleasantly surprised to see her dressed for our evening out. She wore a sleeveless black top, maroon skirt which was cut about two inches above her knees and her usual black 4" pumps. Her wavy blond hair fell to her shoulders. She was able to look directly into my eyes as she let me in. She had a very well developed upper body to match her nice legs. Her arms were somewhat developed as there was some slight definition visible as her arms swung. Her arms were larger that the average girl's. If I had to guess on her measurements, I would say her biceps were at least 13". Considering, mine were nearly 14", this was most unusual to me and very exciting. She grabbed her bag and we were off. We had dinner and saw the movie and drove around until we came to a coffee shop for an after-movie snack. We talked some more for a long while and were having the greatest time enjoying each others' company. Suddenly, she stopped smiling and turned away from the direction she was facing. I instinctively turned to that direction and noticed a women walking out of the coffee shop. I could not get a good look at her and asked Diane immediately what was wrong. She didn't want to talk about it at all and asked me to take her home. We left the shop and arrived at her house after a very long silent ride. I didn't know what to make of what happened and didn't know how to proceed. In any event, I was pleasantly surprised to hear Diane apologize and invited me in to her apartment. Janet Enters Diane's Life I sat next to her on the couch and she moved close to me and began to tell me what caused her to act so strangely. She felt that she needlessly reacted to seeing the woman as she doubted that the woman saw her. She began to explain that about a year ago when Diane lived about 20 miles from her present address, she and about four of her girlfriends went out dancing to a local club. They were having a great time, when this woman approached Diane as she was alone at the bar while her friends went to freshen up. The woman's name was Janet and she was the same age as Diane, 25 at the time. She was about the same height as Janet as she wore high heels to match Diane's. She probably weighed about 40 lbs more than Diane as she was big boned yet very attractive, with long black hair. She was dressed in sleeveless blue dress that ended at the knees. Diane noted that her shoulder and arm development exceed hers significantly without giving specifics. Janet started to hit on her and Diane kept insisting that she wasn't that way, but Janet was persistent. Janet continued her quest for Diane as finally, a man about 30 years old at the bar could not help but see that Diane was in distress. He came between them and asked that Janet leave Diane alone. Janet became furious as she turned red. She started to curse him and threaten him and turned to Diane and told her as she started to leave that she'll be seeing her again. Diane watched as Janet left the club. Diane thanked the man who intervened and offered him her phone number. He promised to call her by early next week. Diane continued to enjoy the evening with her friends as they laughed the incident off. As next week came and went, the kind stranger never called Diane. She thought this to be strange as he seemed very interested in Diane and she was sure he would call. By the following weekend, one of her friends called Diane and told her that she heard that the same man who stepped in to help her was found badly beaten later the same evening in front of his home. Diane thought immediately that it may have been that Janet got someone to help her exact revenge for his intervening at the club last week. That weekend while Diane was shopping, she was tapped on the shoulder when she turned she was shocked to see it was Janet. Janet apologized for acting so crudely at the club and asked Diane if she could buy her lunch. Diane begged off and Janet accepted the fact that Diane was surely not interested in pursuing a "friendship" with her and Janet left without incident. Diane felt relieved that this person was now out of her life. This feeling was short-lived, however, as Diane again went to the same club with her girlfriends. During the evening, Diane struck up a conversation with a guy named Fred. Fred was well built, about 26 years old, 6' and 185 lbs. They were talking in the corner when Janet walked over and introduced herself to Fred as an old friend of Diane. Janet, again was dressed quite elegantly, in a black sleeveless dress and spiked heels. Fred, not knowing anything about Janet, stood up and shook her hand and asked her to join them. Janet kindly refused and told Diane she would catch up to her later. Fred noted that she had a very firm handshake for a female. Diane was shaking and didn't know what to say to Fred but after a few moments she got her composure back and continued to have a lively conversation. As the night rolled on, Diane decided to leave with Fred and go to another club by themselves. She bid her friends good night as she and Fred walked several blocks to Fred's car. Janet suddenly appeared from the other side of the now deserted street and approached them. Diane asked Fred to turn back to the club as she was now scared. Fred, instead walked towards Janet. Janet, without warning punched Fred in his jaw and he fell to the ground holding his face. Janet began to stomp on Fred with her heels. Diane ran towards Janet to try and help Fred, but Janet reached out and grabbed Diane. She viciously threw Diane to the ground and told her to stay out of this. Diane was shaken up from the fall. Just then, Fred lunged at Janet and tackled her to the ground. They were now wrestling fiercely. Janet got the upper hand as she got Fred in a headlock and began to squeeze him until his arms fell limp after about a one-minute struggle. She rolled him on his back and started to pound his face as he laid motionless. Diane, now recovered, jumped on Janet's back and began to yell for help. Janet elbowed her in the stomach and Diane fell to the ground, her wind knocked out of her. Diane now realized that Janet was too strong for her to make another rescue attempt and as Janet finished pounding Fred's immobile body, she, thankfully, did no further damage to Diane and just left without saying a word. When Diane was able to stand, Fred was still out and she ran to a phone to call for an ambulance. The police arrived at the hospital as Fred, feeling better, and Diane gave their statements as to what happened. She also mentioned the prior attack as she now realized that Janet was the likely perpetrator of that incident as well. Diane could offer nothing more than a physical description of the mysterious Janet. That was the last she heard of Janet until this evening on her night out with me. When she moved here, Diane thought that the past was behind her. Now she was concerned that Janet would again stalk her and make a move towards me. She was very concerned that Janet would hurt me as she did to Fred. She noted that Fred appeared to be big and strong enough to fight back, but Janet beat him up without much of a struggle. I tried to assure her that first of all, Janet probably did not see her at the coffee shop as, in the prior instances, she was not shy at all as to approaching Diane with her companion right there, and second, I had no fear of being beaten up by a woman as I am in excellent shape and could overpower Janet if attacked. I based this on Diane's description of Janet as to weight and height. I felt that unless Janet was over 6 feet and 200 lbs that I had nothing to fear based on my experience in the gym. I've seen many females work out there for strength and/or body building and only the biggest of them could exceed my strength levels and not by much at that. I have bench pressed a maximum of 180 lbs and curled 50 lbs in each arm at my weight of 160 lbs. I believed those numbers to be formidable if Janet and I ever squared off. Diane indicated that Janet threw her off of her during the fight with Fred as if she was a bag of rags and felt that she, herself was above average in strength for a girl and that she was totally defenseless against Janet. I insisted that even though she was strong for a girl, that I was probably a lot stronger than her and could handle Janet if I had to. Diane said she felt more reassured and much better in that I was so confident in my ability. As a matter of fact, I believe I turned Diane on as she asked me to remove my shirt. I gladly complied and Diane began to feel my well conditioned body. As Diane was also well built, she asked me to arm wrestle her and again I agreed. We squared off on opposite ends of the coffee table and locked hands. She said go and we started to exert pressure. I was absolutely amazed at Diane's arm strength. Our arms were completely still at the starting point. Both of our biceps were bulging and Diane's was almost as big as mine was. After about 30 seconds, my arm began to gain an advantage, but I still could not end the match. Finally, after a minute, I was able to force her arm down to the table. We then switched to test our left arms. Her bicep was more equal in size to mine as this was my weak arm. I was able to win this match too but it took a longer time to overcome Diane as in our previous match. No girl ever gave me this much trouble in arm wrestling and this turned me on tremendously and led to some great love making for the remainder of that night. In the back of my mind, however, I began to feel a little less confident in my ability to protect myself in that I was barely able to beat Diane in arm wrestling, yet she insisted that Janet had easily overcome Fred and threw Diane aside with apparent ease. At this time, I still had this male chauvinistic attitude about women being inferior to men when it came to physical strength and put the thought of Janet's being a very real threat out of my mind. Janet Confronts Us After Diane's orientation was completed and she began to work independently from me, we still went out 3 to 4 times per week and we were getting closer in our relationship. We enjoyed each other's company immensely and I hoped it would never end. One fateful day in August, however, everything changed drastically for both of us. Diane and I went to a very popular park for a picnic. We started out early and arrived at my favorite spot there which was isolated from the rest of the park at its highest point. There is a flat area there so that we could play frisbee and have a catch with a football which I brought with me. She was a very good athlete as she was able to grip the football and throw it back to me on a fly consistently at 20 to 30 yards. Diane was a dream-come true. Diane was dressed in a pink tank top with matching shorts that exposed her nice cheeks. I was dressed in a tight blue muscle shirt and short shorts as well. We were enjoying each other, making out for a large part of the day when out of nowhere, Janet was standing in front of us. She was dressed in a tight black sleeveless top, black shorts and high heels. I stood up and asked her what she wanted. She said nothing. Diane yelled for Janet to leave us alone but Janet ignored her and was staring straight at me. I walked toward her and was inches from her face. Due to her heels, her eyes were exactly level with mine and I'll admit she looked intimidating. As Diane described, she was a big girl. Her upper arms were huge, much larger than mine as were her forearms shoulders and legs. She was extremely muscular without much definition, but it was easy to see that she was very powerful. She probably weighted a solid 175 lbs. She had predominant breasts and slim waistline. If this weren't such a serious situation, I would consider Janet to be extremely attractive. My confidence in being able to defend myself began to dwindle as I couldn't help peering at her massive arms. She said nothing as we continued to stare each other down. Diane started to cry and I reassured her to relax. (This was false bravado on my part as I knew that Janet and I would soon tangle and I had extreme doubts that I could take her). Just then, Janet jumped me and took me to the ground with apparent ease. I couldn't stop her. She landed on top of me and pinned me. I now knew that she definitely was much stronger than me as I could not budge her. I got my legs around her waist and was able to get her off me and I tried to jump her but she elbowed me in the ribs and threw me down again. I screamed to Diane that I needed help and to run away as fast as she could, but she was frozen in place. Janet got on top of me again and locked my arms and started to punch me in the face. I felt myself begin to lose my faculties and knew, that if I didn't do something soon, that she could kill me if she wanted to. I kicked frantically with my knee and caught her somewhere and she released her grip. I rubbed my face and saw that she had bloodied me and I got to my feet as fast as I could. Janet was up also and we put our fists up. She started to come at me as I ducked down and punched her as hard as I could in her stomach. She grunted but kept coming. I lacked the strength to hurt her. I was torn between wanting to run away from this monster and staying with Diane who still was so frightened that she couldn't move. I had to play this horror out and, as I tried to back pedal away but, she hit me with her left fist and I was on the ground again. Her punches felt like I was being hit by a hammer. I rolled over and tried to get up as fast as I could, but she hit me as I was about to stand and I was knocked down again. The next thing I saw was her knees come down on my chest and her fists coming from both sides on my face. I desperately punched up at her face but she continued to hit me as my punches had no effect on her. I was completely helpless against her. I had lost this fight. She must have beaten me senseless as I never knew what happened after that, but when I awoke I felt my face was as swollen as it could possible be and I had excruciating pain in my stomach and ribs. Janet had beaten me up so badly that I couldn't move. I turned to where I thought Diane was and I saw her laying motionless on the ground. I crawled over to her and saw that Janet had beaten Diane also. I had let my girl down and I started to cry. Diane still wasn't moving and I feared that she was terribly injured. Nobody was around and I could not stand up yet. I didn't even know what time it was and how long we had been in this condition. After some time, I gathered the strength to find a public phone and called 911. An ambulance and the police came. Diane was hurt very badly. It appears that Janet slammed Diane over her knee and she suffered damage to her back. She was taken directly into the operating room when we arrived at the hospital. Ultimately, she suffered some paralysis and walked with a limp for a year after the attack along with a broken cheek bone. I suffered a fractured jaw, a broken nose, lost a tooth, several broken ribs and a broken hand. I was totally humiliated and beaten up by a female with enormous strength. It took my body months to heal. I feel that I am solely responsible for Diane being hurt so badly and was totally helpless to prevent it from happening. My therapist insists that this was not my fault. There was nothing I did to provoke this madwoman from attacking us, nor was there anything I could have done to fight back as she was too strong for me and that is nothing to be ashamed of. The police never caught up with Janet as she must have left the area right after our beatings. Thankfully, we never saw or heard of Janet after that awful day. I still do not like to be alone in public as I still fear that she may attack me again to this very day. When I was finally able to see Diane in her hospital room, she told me what happened after Janet had knocked me out. As Janet was punching my face, Diane came up behind her and kicked Janet in her head. Janet was dazed and Diane started to punch her in the face with both fists. Janet then reached out, blindly trying to block Diane's flailing fists and finally was able to grab Diane and threw her to the ground. Janet them overpowered Diane and started to pummel her in the face as she did to me. After Diane offered no more resistance, Janet lifted Diane up and slammed her down onto her knee in a vicious attempt to injure her. She then left us both thoroughly beaten up on the ground and left, again without saying a word. Diane had no idea why Janet selected her and her male companions to be the targets of her aggression. Diane insists that it wasn't my fault that this happened to us. She said that she believed that in 99 out of 100 instances that I would be more than capable of protecting her, but Janet just happened to be the one exception where I was a too weak and defenseless to resist the onslaught. I want to believe that this is really how she felt, but I have never gotten over my total feeling of inadequacy in defending my girl against Janet. I am no longer the chauvinist that I had been. I would never presume that a female was weaker than a male ever again. The only good thing that happened from this horrible event is that both Diane and I recovered from our wounds and remained together. We married about three years after that day and we are both still trying to come out of the nightmare together. I had thoughts about finding Janet and getting revenge, but I realized the truth of the matter. If we ever met again, I would end up in the same condition or worse. I hope that some day Janet picks on the wrong guy who is strong enough to give her the beating of her life which she so deserves. Unfortunately, there aren't too many people I've ever met that could do it.
