The story of Lisa

a self defense story


This story is about a girl Lisa and about his ex John, who once attacked her,
and Lisa needed to defend herself.

But not run so far, let'see what actions led to this event.

They have known each other before, John was Lisa's boyfriend for some months.
The relationship didn't work, Lisa was too mature to John and this was bad to
John's ego and started to behave like a control jerk. Lisa couldn't bare it so
broke up with the guy.

They didn't met for years, but after all they accidentally met in the city.
John who in the meantime got a good job asked a date from Lisa.

They met more times, even if Lisa didn't want to start it again, accepted
John's offer to have dinner at the guy's home because somewhere deep she felt
something towards him, she was a little bit confused. They went to John's home
which Lisa hadn't seen yet. After they arrived Lisa removed her shoes and her
beautiful feet in stockings were seen. As she was in medium length skirt, her
long, nice shaped calfes were seen as well. John loved female feet especially
Lisa's . He became quiet distracted though he tried to stay calm. Lisa noticed
this, and she wasn't glad, because she didn't like this instinctive behaviour
of John which she had known very well. She decided to go home after dinner,
but in the meantime she watched John's reactions vigilant. She was afraid
because she knew John wants to have sex with her, and even if previously she
could evade unpleasent situations with him with words, now there was a chance
that John would be violent because he was so self secured and it seemed that
he wants to get what he desires. Lisa was prepared to escape and she hoped
there wouldn't be any fight even if she knew she could handle the situation.
She was practicing taekwondo in her youth, later she danced and in the present
she was a passionate yoga practicioner. The sport was part of his life, she
was agile, fast, flexible and was in perfect phisical conditions. All above
that because of her taekwondo past she was able to defend herself, she could
deliver fast kicks even in head height.

The thing which she feared had come... John didn't want to let her go. He
found out stupid things to get the girl stay, even if it was very late.

When finally she started to get her shoes and coat, John shouted to her: You
don't go anywhere. You stay with me tonight. Lisa didn't care and continued to
take her dress but John grabbed Lisa's arm with such a force, that Lisa
screamed. A thing like that newer happened before. Lisa was frightened, but
fast she calmed herself and said: John, now I go, you know that there is
nothing between you and me. It was good with you, thank you for the dinner,
and for the good chat, please let me keep the nice time with you, don't spoil
this evening. John said: I don't givea shit this evening, I want you, and you
stay here. Lisa stepped back, but John grabbed her hands.

Lisa was immobilized, but she was continously thinking what to do. Now she was
aware, that she needs to defend herself. From an old taekwondo class she
remembered a move with which she could free herself from an attacker's
grabbing, and she did this move. Right after that she delivered a palm heel
strike to John's jaw. The blow surprised John who didn't expect any resistence
from Lisa. He was dizzy and stepped back. Lisa didn't want to hurt his ex,
from her part this was a warning towards the man to stop and let her go. She
said: Please let me go, I didn't wish to hurt you, sorry, please let me go.
She was standing in front of John with the vigilance and with the readiness of
a panther.

She was ready that she needs to fight for escape and she knew she was the
better. But she didn't want to hurt her ex, just wanted to go away. Also John
was thinking what to do. The previous hit surprised him, he felt his chin yet.
If he let her go, he felt that he would be ashamed in the meantime he was
afraid, as she knew the skills of Lisa. But at the end he decided to use force
on the girl as he was stronger.

He grabbed again the arm of Lisa, who however already knew what to do. With
her free edge of the hand hit John's throat. John was shocked by the pain in
his throat, and covered it both of his hands. Lisa at this point knew that she
couldn't stop here, she needs to neutralize John to escape. Taking advantage
of the distraction which she caused to the guy attacked again. She delivered a
terrible front kick with her right foot. She hit John's face with the sole of
her foot. John was totally lost the self control. He felt the warmth of the
blood coming from his nose and the blunt pain all over his face. At one hand
he felt humiliated. He saw a beautiful young lady before himself, who he never
got really, and who is fragile and at the end a girl, and she defeats him. On
the other hand the soft and beautiful sole of Lisa in his face gave him a
great pleasure. In the past he loved to caress, kiss and lick those divine
soles and now this strong contact with that gave him excitment. But the anger
which he felt was stronger, and all what he wanted to do is revenge on the
poor girl. But Lisa was aware. Her body and her mind reacted all of the
movements of the man. Like a predator in the wilderness she watched John. She
knew that she needs to cause big physical pain to the guy in order to survive.

To the second attack of the man she landed on the ground instantly and with
her right foot delivered a kick upwards to John's groin. The kick reached
John's groin by heel, and the guy fell on his knees instantly. Lisa knew she
could finish now. On the ground she raised up both her knees pulled back her
weight and with an incredibly force kicked John's face with both of her feet.
John maybe newer felt so much pain before, the world became dark. Lisa was
kept fighting. In the same position, she delivered the same pushing kick from
the ground to John's defensless chest and he fell to the ground. Lisa kept
both of her soles towards John on the ground in order to attack again if John
raised up. John's head started to clear, the pain eased and with killer anger
wanted to get up again. He said: I kill you bitch.

Lisa wanted to give him the final blow and checked John's defensless parts.
and she knew what to do alredy. She raised up her strong and flexible right
leg in 90 degrees and cracked it down to John's groin. She reachted the groin
area with heel and John shouted like a mad man. Lisa knew it was over. John
doubled over but he grabbed the ankle of Lisa who wanted to get up. Lisa freed
her leg and still on the ground gave three side kicks to John's face. Her heel
reached John's nose, cheek bones and mouth, and again laid supine to be able
to deliver pushing kicks if necessary. But John didn't want to attack again.
He was beaten phisically and mentally. From his broken nose and crushed mouth
the blood was leaking, his eye was swallen and black. Because the pain, the
shame, and of the defeat he just started to cry.

Lisa knew that his opponent was finished and she didn't wish to hurt him
anymore. Fast she got her clothes and went away. She couldn't do anything
because also she was shocked. On the bus when she was normalized, tried to
rebuild what happened. He felt sorry for John as she knew he is an ill man, so
she didn't want to call the cops. But somewhere deep she was proud to herself
that she could defend herself. She decided to deep her martiall skills and
enrolled to a bjj class which a friend of her advised to her. He never saw
John anymore.
