ZEN KOAN - "THE SOUND OF ONE HAND CLAPPING" by Sundaram Ramchandran / Zenkalidas Nerd (Into Zen and other new age stuff) to an Amazonian woman who is a wrestler : "Have u heard the sound of one hand clapping ?" Lady wrestler slaps the table with one hand in answer Nerd shakes his head to mean no Lady wrestler after some tinkering with electronics, waves a hand in the air and there is a clapping sound in response Nerd (not impressed) : "Too clever" Frustrated Lady wrestler slaps the nerd. Nerd , crying out "Look, think about how we connect sounds to images and give labels and form concepts" Nerd (cannot help a smile that comes out as a smirk) : "Do you have ur answer ? " The lady wrestler in cold / calculated manner (with a ghost of a smaile playing on her lips), wrestles him, holds him still, holds the palm of one of his hands outstretched, pins him and slaps the palm of one of her hands against his and forces him to first slap his other hand, slap himself on the cheek and then disrobe and spank and stroke himself until he finally comes, first involuntarily in front of her and later when he is alone, voluntarily relishing the days events. He realizes with a smile he has truly understood the meaning of "one hand clapping"
