Execution is just a job for Gab

This is the next story about a group of women that keep their slaves in line
with normal punishments and for severe infractions, a death by slow garrote on
slide shoes. This story concentrates on the day to day executions that are
carried out not only to punish but also as a form of slave population control.
There is a law that if your number comes up, you have a certain amount of time
to set up and report to one of several executioners that carry out garrotes on
slaves in the privacy of a hotel room. There is no ceremony or fan fair just a
simple death by slow garrote. Gabrielle is one of the women that perform this
task. She likes to be called Gab for short and is woman about 40 years old and
while not obese, is a larger framed woman. She has many pairs of slides that
she uses in her work as she calls it, but all are about 4.5 inch spike heels
in black, silver, gold, and other colors. I will now describe a typical Gab
execution and what leads up to it.

You get up in the morning thinking about your service to your mistress and
ways that you will make her happy by your devotion to her. But something is
different this day. You get a page that your number has come up and you have
48 hours to report to an executioner to be put down. It is just a random event
since the lotto has decided there are too many slaves to control and a few
need to go. You kind of tremble thinking that you have only two days before
you will suffer the agony of a slow and painful death. You do know that if you
do not obey, it will be much worse than just going to a slide in a hotel room,
so you pick out an executioner. You have heard good things about Gab and that
she makes sure that as she is carrying out the execution, she puts you at ease
and cares about you as you suffer. You give her service a call and ask her to
set something up for tomorrow. She informs you that you will need to report to
her at a motel just outside of town at exactly 2:00pm. She informs you that
she will tie a black scarf to the door so that you will know what room. You
are to knock on the door once, wait for 1 minute outside the door and then
come in. She will let you know what to do once you are in the room. She
informs you that you will need to obey every command without question and
everything will go easy.

You arrive at the motel parking lot early and you see the scarf on the door.
You wait in the car until right at 2:00pm and you make your way to the door
and knock lightly. You then count to 60 and wait. At 60, you turn the knob and
enter the room. Gab is standing near the back of the room. She tells you to
come in and close the door. You follow her instructions. She is wearing a nice
black dress and a pair of 5" gold spike slides with a cross band upper. She
walks closer to you and stops to sit on the end of the bed that is closer to
you. After she is seated, she instructs you to kneel at her and look at her
shoes and you're to keep your eyes on them. You drop to your knees and look
down at the shoes that you will soon have your neck over and wait. She then
asks you if your number is up and you are there to comply with the law. You
inform her by saying "yes I am ." She then tells you that everything will be
alright and she will make this as easy as she can for you. She does inform you
that she will have to make you suffer as much as possible since that is
required of her. You tell her that you understand. She then asks if you have
any questions about what is getting ready to happen that she can answer for
you. You say no and she tells you to make sure that you follow every order she
is going to give you and everything will be fine. You nod your head in
agreement. She then shocks you some by asking if you will have any problems
laying your neck across her slide. She says that some people as too scared to
willingly put their neck across something that is going to end their life. You
tell her that you will do your best to do as you are told. She tells you that
she can get her boyfriend to come in and help hold you and force your neck
across the slide if you want. You tell that you will not need this and you
will not give her any trouble. She says that she will take your word for that,
but if you resist at the last moment, she will call him in and he will stay
until the execution is over. You tell that you understand that she needs to be
able to do that and that you hope that she will not have to. She then asks if
you have a last request of final words. You think for a short while and tell
her that you cannot think of anything. She then explains to you that we need
to get started and once everything is started, you will feel better. You nod
your head in agreement.

Gab slips of her right gold slide and informs you to relax, lay down on the
floor and slowly place you neck over her slide. She tells you to put your
hands at your sides and to relax and let the slide support your neck as you
put your face down as low as possible. She said it is best if you can get the
top of your head to slightly tough her left foot and slide. You get into
position and start to place your neck over the gold shoe. You notice that the
surface is actually silver. As you are lowering yourself into position you
concentrate on her other shoe and foot and keep telling yourself that you are
going to be alright. You feel the top of your head lightly brush her other
shoe as your nose touches the towel she has laid down for you. She then tells
you that you are doing perfect and you need to relax and everything will go a
lot easier. You try your best and she sees you kind of exhale and start to
relax. She tells you that you will feel a slight pressure on the back of your
neck as she places her foot there to get started. You feel her soft foot on
the back of your neck and she reads aloud. "I am ready to carry out your
execution as prescribed by law. Your neck will remain over my slide until you
are dead. You death will be as painful and slow as I see fit. I will now carry
out your sentence."

You feel some pressure from her foot as Gab starts to lower it on the back of
your neck. The whole time she is telling you to relax and everything will be
alright. You trust her, but the foot is starting to make it more difficult for
you. As you lay there and the pressure from her foot is increasing, you think
that all of this will be over soon. After about 5 minutes you hear her talking
on the cell phone. She tells her boyfriend that the execution has started and
it will be over shortly and that he needs to hurry if he wants to see you
squirm. You are shocked that she has invited him to watch you die under her
foot. You can hardly talk, but you try and mutter to her that you do not
understand. She then leans down to you a little and says she was just being
all nice to you to make it easier to get you on the slide. Now that her foot
is on the back of your neck you are helpless and unable to resist. At this
point you hear the door open and she says "hey baby come and watch as this
worm squirms and fights to breath." You start to struggle, but her foot keeps
you in check and you actually feel work boots on each side of your arms and a
weight on your back. Her boyfriend is sitting on you. This makes you mad, but
what can you do. All while this is going on, Gab keeps lowering her foot on
your neck and you start to feel the slide biting in as you struggle to breath.
Gab then remarks , that she makes her living crushing necks into her shoes and
while she loves her job, it is just that a job that pays her bills. You start
feeling lightheaded as Gab tells her boyfriend that once the worm is dead that
she wants to have sex with him before that go. He laughs and says well lets
hurry this up. Go ahead and stand up and end it right now. She tells him that
she would love to do that, but she has not finished watching this little worm
struggle yet.

As you start to gasp and pass out, you feel Gab's foot rocking back and forth
grinding your neck into her gold shoe. You her in the background someone
getting undressed as her boyfriend strips out of his clothes. There is no need
to sit on you anymore, you are barely alive as Gab's foot puts you down. Gab
then starts kissing her boyfriend and he starts feeling up her dress as you
start to convulse. Gab then stands up and puts all her weight on your neck and
twists her foot a little and you are dead. She laughs and says the job is done
now on to the fun. She takes her other foot and kicks you in the head to roll
you off her death shoe, puts the shoe that just ended your life back on and
jumps on the bed. They now have fantastic sex while you lay dead at the end of
the bed. After they make love, they get dressed and start to leave. She even
steps on your lifeless body with her spikes on the way by. On to the next job.
