Brother verses Sister Combat XX by Buzz Haywood buzzhaywood@yahoo.com Still the Champ! Now the record reads: 420 matches, Lauren 414, Buzz 6. Yes, my sister had defeated me again, but still hadn't won my Herritage Championship from me. But there were other concerns. Annie and Randal. When I called Annie, she wasn't at home, and she hessitated when I asked her where she was at. Lauren had the same experience with Randal. Pitman Pyke was now 738-0 in his wrestling record. He was more powerful and dangerous than ever before. People wonder how Lauren and I can remain as close as we are. Because she kicks my ass, still. We somehow still end up getting booked against each other. We can't escape it. The fans are still intrigued by our competitive rivalry. But our lives would get turned upside down. A friend of ours discovered Annie and Randal had been cheating. Annie and Randal had been seeing each other. I was angry. Furious! How could she do this to me? How could he do this to her? I went over to see Randal to beat the total living crap out of him. But, when I got there, Lauren had already done that. And Lauren had also beaten up Annie as well. I still took a shot at Randal. Lauren and I talked about this througout the night. She knew there was only one way to solve this. Tag team match. Me and Lauren against Annie and Randal. In that tag team match Lauren turned Randal into a bloody mess. Randal and Annie won by disqualification. No worries. Another match was soon booked. In that particular match, Annie knew I couldn't strike her, so she used it to her advantage. When the ref's back was turned, she low-blowed me, gave me a DDT, and then pinned me for a three count. But, yet, another encounter was signed. This time, after Lauren had beaten Randal to a pulp, I gave him a power slam and pinned him for the count. We had yet another tag match. This time, Lauren again busted Randal open. She kept attacking him and his gash got worse. As she kicked him and kneed him, the cut became even deeper and the blood ran and ran down. After she gave him a swinging neck-breaker, the ref decided to stop the match. So, our team won because Randal couldn't continue. Randal was out of commision for a while. During that period, Pitman Pike raised his undefeated record to 800-0. The man was becoming a monster. Randal came out with a statement that he'd make Lauren pay by coming after me. I stated I was ready for him. And that I'd even put my Herritage Title on the line with him. Four months later, Pike was 828-0 and Randal had resurfaced. The promoter wasted no time in setting up a match between us for the Herritage Championship. On a Friday night we got the match going. In that match I was aggressive and ruthless and I came out with the win. Randal wanted another shot the week after. He said if he didn't win the title back from me he'd refund everybod's ticket money. So I accepted. That evening luck was on his side. My title reign ended that evening. Pitman Pike became 856-0 that same night. It was upsetting for me as well as for Lauren. To make matters worse, two weeks later, Randal proposed marraige to Annie. She accepted. Also, Pike moved his record up to 842-0. Lauren, on the other hand, put her break up out of her mind by concentrating on her in-ring career. As for me, I couldn't let my break-up with Annie go just like that. I guess my little sister could handle things better than I could. Pike would eventually team up with Drake. Pike's record jumped all the way to 870-0. By the time Pike went to 888-0, they became World Tag Team Champions. I wasn't even on the top rankings list any more, but Lauren was. Lauren wrestled Randal in a non-title first blood match. In four minutes flat she busted him open. Lauren won the match and Randal kept the title but needed 10 stitches. As far as our tag champs go, Pike was now 900-0. There's no stopping him. Make no mistake about it. I'm so proud of Lauren. Yes, she's a lot more successful than I am, but me and her are family. What can I say? I'm her biggest fan. Randal and Annie are busy planning their wedding. The jerk still has my title.
