The mixed wrestling scene in heaven by Indiaguy On a flight, while flying over the clouds which seems like the waves of the ocean, have you ever wondered what it would be like to live on the clouds ? Well, I am talking about a time when that had almost come to pass. Well, anyway, let me tell you the whole story. The whole idea was to create a heaven on earth (or near earth at any rate). What they did was to flatten the earth and push the Himalayas and generally the central asian plateau (consisting of the Tien-shan, K2, karakoram etc other than the himalayas). On the Indian side, the mountains rose nearly 100 miles so that technically, one could say that we were almost in outer space. But things were so engineered that winding spiral paths were cut in to ease the "heavenly" journey. The advantage of the Central Asian plateau in this context is the gradual slope towards the ocean in Europe. They created a crater in the mountain to generate electricity. They harvested the energy of moving vehicles etc. Recoveries from disease, injuries etc were almost instantaneous In short, all basic survival related issues were so handled so that they had almost become passé. The above developments made it possible to actually physically realize the idea of "head in the clouds with feet on the ground" a reality. There were many metaphysical aspects. One thing that was noted was "all play and no work makes Jack a dull man " and vice-versa . Hence some meaningful work had to be defined for each person. This was related to creating an eternal sense of meaning. There had to be an idea of striving for perfection and progress in all forms. All abstract sciences / arts etc flourished. Tremendous progress was made not only in Mathematics, Physics , Chemistry, Biology etc and in their application to engineering / medicine / computer science etc but also in literature, art, drama, music, anthropology, psychology , aesthetics, philosophy etc. "Consciousness studies" came into vogue. There was tremendous cross-fertilization of ideas from all fields. The purpose was to enrich the human spirit, rather facilitate the evolution of all lifeforms towards the ideal. All ugliness was uprooted so that the beautiful was defined without reference to the ugly. Focus turned towards improving relationships, striving towards both individual and collective self-realization, making life in heaven "beautiful" in the manner of Jonathan Livingstone seagull's continuous progress but enriched and made more interesting and spicy through relationships. Making others lives happy and meaningful including the lives of those on earth. It had to be realized that there had to be a sense of pain, humiliation, loss, redemption etc so that efforts could have meaning so that there was no free lunch though the pain etc was not permanently debilitating and there was always a second chance . The level also varied depending on the makeup of the individual. At the same time there had to be enough variety to make "life" in heaven interesting. In this context, the sexual theme gained prominence. "Women" became goddesses in all senses : physical, mental, emotional, intellectual etc with an element of naughtiness or "badness" , suffering and vulnerability to make them interesting. All these appetizers finally lead to the promised theme : Mixed Wrestling and in general combat". Well, I suddenly found myself in heaven and was still groggy and trying to find my bearings when I found a sign "Amazons in combat - sparring partners required. Handsome pay". This seemed to satisfy not only my current requirements of "survival" in heaven but also seemed to be a step towards realizing my dream of being in the midst of strong women. These women were typically in the age group 38-50, ages older than I was (28). I somehow learnt enough of the science of combat to theorize about it and devise new techniques sitting in my arm-chair which I then taught to the women. I myself did not seem to have the physical or mental equipment to succeed but I not only helped the women to succeed but also nursed their wounds as a semi-professional physio-therapist / paramedic. Slowly and without my knowledge, my ego grew and I wanted to try my theories myself. One evening, I was sparring with a woman of brown complexion whose sculpted muscles did not distract but rather accentuated her feminity. The gloves just reinforced the gorgeous and strong look that she projected. She was sparring lightheartedly when I made my move. I hit her much harder than she expected and put in all my strength. She nearly fell to the floor but with tremendous effort and show of strength and determination, she rolled back and started taking the sparring as a real professional match. In the flurry of blows, I lost my cool and forgot everything and reacted out of sheer instinct. A couple of minutes were enough for her to make mincemeat out of me. She was frustrated that I had spoilt her sparring by using more power before she got into rhythm and now making it worse by losing steam when she was just getting started. After I did not respond to her taunts, she finally lifted and tied me to the punching bag, painted my eyes black and blue (along with other women in the combat club) that I looked like a panda and then they all took turns in punching the bag without hitting me of course. The catch was the women had specially filled the punching bag with an almost indelible paint of all colors and with every hit, paint poured out all over me. I "died" and woke up to find that my sparring partners were in bed with me. "We used all your moves" they said amidst tears. There is life after death, even in heaven !! (
