Keeping slaves inline

You have to keep your male subjects inline somehow.

This story describes a method of execution used by the most powerful
women in the world. It is used to keep the males in line by making the
condemned suffer as much as possible while being put to death. The
execution can be for a whole host of crimes and infractions, but happens
a lot for the enjoyments of the women that watch the poor man being but
to death. The official name of the execution is "slow garrote by high heel
slide." The way the execution is carried out is the condemned is forced to
lay his neck across a high heel slide of the executioner. Some executioners
use spike heels while others use wedges. Most of the slides are over 4" high,
but can vary depending on the executioner. The executioner then places her
foot on the back of the condemned’s neck and applies slow pressure until the
man chokes to death. The speed of the execution is totally up the executioner.
Most of the time helpers will set on the man’s back to keep him inline. Also
most of the executions are carried out on a scaffold to allow all the take
pleasure in the condemned’s suffering.

The head of the executioners is named Rose. Rose is a very pretty woman about
50 years old, but she only looks about 35. She is blonde and about 5’5” tall.
She always wears spike heels of 4” or more. The slide she uses for executions
are a simple 4.5” spike heel with a single band. The slides are a simple black
and look totally harmless. Only the highest crimes and infraction executions
are carried out by Rose. You are a special to be put to death by Rose. Rose
always caries out her executions on the high scaffold and she is supposed to be
the best and most brutal in caring out executions. Her executions are always
attended by a screaming crowd that loves to watch the poor victim’s pain and
suffering.

Joe Martin pissed off Barbara by not showing her the respect that she deserves.
Barbara Wilson is one of the most powerful , but bitchy women of the group. This
disrespect cannot go unpunished. And Barbara will get the final word. Without
hesitation she passed a sentence of death by high slide to Joe. As the enforcers
grabbed his arm to detain him, Barbara said "You will die on Rose’s high slide
tonight." Joe is taken to a holding cell to await his fate. It does not take long
to get his execution ready as the scaffold is always set up. Rose delivers her
slides to the preparation team and they place them on the scaffold. Since Joe
showed a lot of defiance to Barbara when she sentenced him to death, Rose has
decided that two people will be use to restrain and position him for his
execution. Darlene will force the condemned to lay down for Rose and sit on
his back during the execution. Darlene is an executioner in training, but has
never put someone to death. Her time will come soon enough.  Laura Ann will
get the pleasure or forcing Joe’s head and neck over Rose’s Death Slide. 
Laura Ann has these chunky wooden shoes that will be used to hold Joe’s head
down while he awaits Rose’s foot to put him to death.

It is time for Joe Martin to pay for not showing Barbara Wilson the respect
she wants and needs. Two enforcers and Darlene come to the holding cell to get
Joe. Darlene reads "Joe Martin, you have been sentenced to death by high slide.
You will be placed over Rose’s High Heel slide and at the pleasure of Rose, you
will be slowly garroted until you are dead. Do you have any last request?"
Joe tried to resist the grip of the enforcers, so Darlene kicked him in the nuts
as hard as she could. Darlene was wearing some 5” plastic type Candie slides. She
told Joe that she would continue to kick him until he settled down. It only took
one kick to settle him down. Joe was escorted by the three to the nearby scaffold.
Rose and Laura Ann were already at the top to watch the condemned walk up the
stairs. There were about 300 people ready to watch Joe pay the ultimate price for
disrespecting Barbara. Joe struggled a little as he was helped up the stairs. 
Darlene told him that if he resisted too much, he would get another kick and this
time she would put some effort into it. As Joe got to the top of the scaffold he
saw the method of his death, Rose’s Slides. They were at the end of a bench that
Joe would lay down on. As the enforces but Joe on the bench, Darlene sit on top
of his back and kind of rode him so she could stop any attempts to get up.  Rose
announced that the execution was to start and Laura Ann placed her foot on the
back of Joe’s head and with Darlene’s help forced his head across Rose’s slide.
Joe resisted somewhat, but he was no match for Laura Ann and Darlene. Laura Ann
then announced to Rose, "let the slow garrote begin."

Rose slowly and precisely placed her hosed barefoot on the back of Joe’s neck. 
She could feel him tying to resist, but Laura Ann’s foot would not let him. Rose
leaned down and whispered to Joe, "hope you have a good time over my slide." Rose
knew that his slow death would take at least 30 minutes. Then Rose stood up 
straight and started applying slow pressure to Joe’s neck. As she slowly lowered 
her foot, she could feel Joe wiggling under her foot. That feeling gave her such 
a rush. She had put at least a hundred people to death, but she still loved the 
feeling of the power she had over the life under her foot. Some of the executioners 
rock their foot back in forth to almost grind the condemned’s neck into the slide. 
Rose did not. She just applied a constant pressure as she slowly garroted the 
condemned. Joe started to gurgle about 10 minutes into the execution as he 
started fighting to breath. As Rose heard this she knew it was up to her to keep 
pressing down. Rose always wanted to let the person take at least 30 minutes to 
die. She felt this was needed to allow the suffering to get the others to stay 
in line. Rose also knew that the last 5 minutes or so of the execution, Joe was 
already passed out from lack of air, but she liked to let the crowd watch the 
finally. At 20 Minutes Joe’s mouth opened as he was fighting to get the air down, 
but with Rose’s foot on crushing his neck into the slide, this was impossible. 
Laura Ann removed her foot from the back of Joe’s head since he was in no 
condition to fight Rose’s foot anyway. Joe then started convulsing and 
shaking. Rose knew at this time it was almost over, so she kept applying more 
pressure to Joe’s neck and forcing him lower on to the side. After 33 minutes, 
Joe stopped breathing. Rose knew that the execution was complete and announced 
to the crowd that the sentence was complete. Darlene then flipped Joe over for
everyone to see his contorted face as the crowd roared. That is all of the 
crowd except the men that knew that they may end up at Rose’s mercy at anytime.
 
That is a typical execution. In future writing I will describe other executions,
by other powerful women using a host of other high heel slides to cause the 
condemned to suffer as much as possible. That is unless they find out I have 
been informing on the secret ways of these women and end up over Rose’s death 
slide myself. If I could pick my executioner, it would be Rose, since she is 
the best at what she does. I have to go now and make sure my Mistress Kim’s 
wedges are ready to hand out a punishment to the one that did not make her bed 
as she wanted. Kim uses High heel wedge slides to execute. I will describe 
this execution in the next paper.
