The young Amazon plants one foot upon the massive chest of her vanquished Enemy and she raises her arms in VICTORY!
The mighty champion had come forth from the hosts of the Spartan army and he had challenged any Amazon to come forth and to face him in man to woman combat. He was confident that no woman would dare to fight him. The sound of his fists beating against his massive chest was like that of a war drum that could be heard throughout the ranks of the Amazon army.
Xanthippe, a young Amazon, came forth from the hosts of the Amazon nation to accept his challenge. The women of Amazonia had felt a great deal of apprehension because the great difference in size and strength between the young Amazon and her huge male foe was obvious to all. But the Amazon displayed superior speed, agility, endurance, intelligence, and just plain moxie. The mighty Spartan champion attacked her again and again. But each time she had out maneuvered him and she had outwitted him. At last the massive champion grew tired and short of breath. The young Amazon saw her chance and she moved in and she struck him down with just one swift stroke of her deadly labyris.
The cheering of the Amazons was a deafening roar as Xanthippe placed one foot upon the massive chest of her vanquished foe and she raised her arms in victory. And from the hosts of the Spartans came moans of dismay and of shocked disbelief. They turned and fled in terror from the land of the Amazons, never to return.
