I'm 17 years old good looking and very popular. I have many friends and some
girls who are not too shy are all over me.

My sister who is 15 has cute face and she is tall but she is fat ,well not
really overweight but in our school where all the accepted girls weight less
then my leg you can figure how unpopular my sister is.

My perents wanting to help her set up a gym in our basement and she trains
there every day for a few hours but she probably eats too much as she is even
fatter then before or at least it seems that way.

I know she has a crush on a boy named Roger from my class . Well my sister is
cute and has huge breasts she also has blond long hair ,basically she is a
girl any boy would like to spend time with alone but wouldn't agree to go out
with her.

I saw it when she tried to ask him out. He waved her and called her names. She
came home running and for the rest of the day I heard only voices of cry and
clings of moving iron coming from her home gym.

I knew she is taking all her frustration on the weights. Well she is my sister
and I love her I also admire the work she puts into her body but here she was
aiming too high or that what I thought.

You see the type of person who devote so much time and energy into something
doesn't give up so easy when his ( or her) mind is set. So what I didn't know
is that my sister was not only crying and lifting lots of iron but also making
plans . I didn't know I had part in that plan ,but I found out soon enough.

My mom came to my room asking me to go to the gym to talk to my sister. "but
mom she doesn't allow me to go there when she is working out" . " Oh today it
is ok she asked for you and she is dressed up now".

Wow I thought does she workout in nude ? But I'm not a pervert and if she does
it is her business.

I went down to the basement to see my sister ,her eyes wet lifting something
that looked like 70 pounds by her right hand her biceps looked huge.

"Hi Dana you called for me. I'm sorry for what happened today".

" It wasn't your fault but I had to act sometime and I decided it should be
today. I was prepared to get a no but he insulted me in front of every one so
he will be my boyfriend to prove how wrong he was.

You are going to help me ,if you'll do it willingly you will benefit great
deal from it ,if not you will suffer but you are going to help me." I was
shocked I never thought my sister to be so bold but before I could answer she
continued.

" You are my brother and you are usually good to me. You must understand that
all the time I spent here made me very very strong and most of what I hide
under my baggy clothing's are big muscles and the fat is mostly in the right
places. Please believe me that my finger is stronger then your body . You can
gain from it or suffer. " How can I gain ?" I asked " Well out of the obvious
like helping you lift and move the things dad asks you to I will make any girl
in school do for you what ever you want or beat up any boy for you believe me
when I tell you that I'm much stronger then any boy in school by far".

"It sure seems I'd better stay on your good side but what should I do? And by
the way how strong and muscular are you?"

"wise choice Robby I will show you how strong and muscular I am. Consider it
as a down payment".

She took of her clothing and stayed in a bikini. It was the first time I saw
her like that.

The only fat she had was in her tits that were huge and some around her belly
but really you can call it baby fat no way near fat people. The rest of her
was ripped huge muscles every where and that was even before she flexed .

When she did she looked like she could enter male bodybuilding contest any
time .

" I hope that answer for the muscle question . About my strength..." . And
with that she went to a bar that had 200 pounds on it and with no shown effort
lifted it over her head with one hand. When she saw my expression she smiled
and said " I train alot eat alot and fat transformed to muscles. Now you see
why you should be on my side" .

" Sure do sis, what do you want me to do ?".

"Well your job is to bring him home to the basement ,he shouldn't suspect a
thing and you must make sure I'll have the night to train him". Well it should
be a bit hard but could be done. " I want Linda the head cheer leader to lick
my feet in front of the whole school in return" I said.

" All in good time if you'll do your part she will do that and more much more
". Wow you see I always wanted to date her but when I tried to talk to her she
would make fun of me in front of her friends.

My plans were set I invited Roger to study for a test with me and we agreed he
would spend the night by me as we planed to learn till late .

Dana managed to make our perents leave for the night so she was ready.

After school Roger came home with me. " I hope that your fat weakling sister
will not bother me" he said.

" Well I think she will be in the basement playing family " I said. "What kind
of a game is that?" he asked.

" I think she take some of her clothing off and play with herself breast
feeding some dolls".

I could see the trap was ready. "shell we peek? " he asked. " Well I don't
know... She is my sister..." .

" Are you a wimp? " he said " just follow my lead ". We learned till the time
I knew Dana was ready.

" I think she is playing now " I said . I could see his eyes light up I guess
he had a crush on her or at least wanted to see her naked body. We went down
very quite. I locked the door behind us.

Why did you do that he asked. " Well you cooked the meal and you are going to
eat it but as a friend my advice to you is don't fight her" . He just looked
at me not knowing what is waiting for him.

Dana was topless her big breasts stood proud I was wrong to think there was
fat in them even her boobs were muscular if that could be. " leave us alone
Robby " Dana said. " you shouldn't see this"

I really wanted to see her in action but she just looked at me "not this
time". As I left I just said " try not to leave a mark on him".

Ok I left the basement but stayed by the door. The male screams were loud and
the girly giggles were very evident too.

Later those noises turned into lust moans that faded to a sleepy silence.

I woke in the morning by a kiss from Dana. I never saw her so happy in my
life.

" Come to eat with us and meet my new boyfriend" . I was afraid of what I'm
going to see but Roger just stared at her like a puppy looking at his mom he
was in love and my sister was in heaven . She found her power and it seemed
she was going to use it.

A few days later at school I didn't see Linda . A few days later she came but
she seemed like is she was in a car accident, and that is what she told
everyone. Five days later she came to school dressed to kill I never saw her
so pretty. Every one was looking at her on that moment she walked to me and in
front of the entire school started to kiss my foot begging me to be her
boyfriend. "nice touch Dana " I thought, the girlfriend part was all her
idea." I don't think so" was my replay. You see ,why not get some more points
by rejecting her. I didn't expect her reaction . It was as if she saw the
devil she started to beg she offered me her car ,money ,she said she will be
my slave she just went on and on begging.

I was in a shock from her reaction. Then I saw Dana smiling and flexing her
muscles .

Only me Linda and Roger (who could look at nothing else but her) saw it. Ok
I'll think about it I said if you'll walk home naked. The speed she took her
clothing's showed the power my sister had on her.

Back at home it was my turn to thank Dana. "I must say that women are more
stubborn then men she was harder to brake then Roger but still I enjoyed every
minute of it.

" Well I liked it too and you are magic little sister" . "You can call me that
but I'm better then you in every aspect still I allow you to call me that as
you are going to help me to lots of fun stuff".
