I don't write for the general crowd at Diana the Valkyrie's and their opinion doesn't mean much to me. I write for me, and for my loyal fan base, so guess what, if you don't like stories about pre-teen muscle girls, don't read the story. I am not going to change my style for some close-minded people who don't have the intelligence to tell the difference between fantasy and real life. This story is total fantasy, the characters never existed in any form in real life. There is nothing at all sexual in this story, it is a fictional account of a young girls muscular growth and resulting power. I am telling a fictional story, my stories are not only for me, but my loyal fans, so if you are not a loyal fan, who knows and respects me as an author, please don't prejudge me. If you read it and still don't like the content, well don't blame me, I warned you* -----only for originalversion Jennifer Williams was once known as a tiny little girl, but the only name that could be considered apt now would be a huge muscle girl. When she was about 12 years old the doctors were concerned because she was very skinny and weak, they had met with her parents and told her that only one thing could be done, Jennifer would have to start a sports/fitness program so she can get stronger. Well that was 15 and a half years ago and everyone who has seen her at 18 and a half years old would agree that the system had worked excellently. When she began her program at 12 she was 4'10 and weighed only 58 pounds, which is quite light for a 12 year old. Now at 18, she is 5'3" and weighs 155 pounds, and its all huge muscle. Her biceps now are over 19", her chest is 48", her thighs 29", no one who has seen her has ever forgotten, for she is truly unbelievable! How did she become so huge, well here is her story, I hope you like it. Like I said, Jenny was only 12 years old when she started on her program, which at the start consisted of stretching and some light exertions, like knee bends and sit ups. After six months of this her bones seemed strong enough to move on to more advanced exercises, so her coaches and doctors advised her to do push-ups and pull-ups. This was very hard for her, but at 13 years old now, that was not strange, most 13 year old boys can't do any pull-ups at all, and can count the number of push-ups they can do on one hand. After nine months of this exercise, the 13 year old could do 30 push-ups and 15 pull-ups, incredibly strong for a girl that young. She was so weak before that she had to be carried almost every where, because her legs could only carry her for a limited time before she wore them out and just couldn't walk any more. Now, only 9 months later she could run and jump and do all kinds of things she never dreamt about and by all means she could quit her program, because she accomplished her goal of becoming stronger. But the feeling of excitement she got from working out was something that she craved, she needed to keep going because it felt great to her to build her body up. Jenny kept it up, it was incredible to think that she was the same girl, because of all the unbelievable differences, at 15 years old as she was at 12 years old, she was so much thicker, a lot heavier and a lot healthier looking. She was 5'1" and weighed 82 pounds of youthful, athletic muscle. She wasn't lifting weights in the gym just yet, but was a master of one-armed push-ups and could already do two one-arm pull-ups. She worked her body as hard as her parents would allow, because they could see she loved what she was doing. In fact the time came when she needed more resistance, because push-ups were becoming too easy for her, so she made her 10 year old, 50 pound brother sit on her back when she was doing push-ups. It was amazing to her parents to see her rip off 30 straight push-ups with someone weighing more than half her bodyweight sitting on her back! They looked at each other and knew that her little brother's weight was not enough to challenge her anymore, pretty soon, it was likely to be her mother's 110 pounds that would be sitting on their incredible daughter's wide and rippled muscular back. She had already begun doing squats while holding her mother in a piggy back position and had started walking for miles holding her brother on her shoulders, the strength she possessed at 15 was incredible. Imagine, less than three years before this girl had trouble walking on her own two legs, now she needs a lot more weight to make her even try while doing push-ups and squats. And she had a long way to grow! At 16 years old, it was incredible to see the difference between Jenny's former body at 12 and her body at 16. She was incredibly muscular now, at only 5'1.5", which is short for a girl of 16, she weighed 108 pounds of muscle. Her muscles were not ripped at this point, but were pretty huge and certainly hard and darn strong. She was working out every day at this point, for 6 hours after she got home from school, she started lifting weights when she was 15 and a half, and was regularly benching over 225 pounds for reps in her daily workouts, and her max was 315 pounds, incredible considering her age and the ammount of time she had been working out. When she first benched, her father was amazed to see the 15 year old girl start out on 185 pounds, which was what he maxed out at when he started lifting weights in high school at 16 years old. It was unbelievable to him, his 15 year old daughter was stronger than he was when he started lifting, and she was only beginning, her body hadn't even gone through puberty. She was still doing push-ups and pull-ups though, as she had watched many training shows and the trainers always said that the basics can still build and strengthen muscle. Now, in fact, she had no trouble doing both pull-ups and push-ups with someone on her back, for pull-ups she used her 15 year old, 85 pound brother and on push-ups she was now able to manage her 210 pound father and do 10 reps with him sitting on her back, an awesome sight to see if there ever was one! Most fathers would balk at the fact that their own 16 year old daughter was proportionally stronger than him, but coming from the fact that this girl had turned from an emaciated, tiny, weak little 12 year old into this awesomely strong 16 year old made his heart swell with pride. 16 years old is also the time when she started playing sports, among them, girl's soccer, co-ed tackle football, and baseball, not softball, but baseball, the coaches couldn't say no to her, because she was much stronger and faster than boys her own age. She dominated in each and every sport she participated in, it was like A-Rod playing on a Little League team, there was no competition that could make her try. In football, her favorite sport, she was the only girl playing against 11 bigger, older boys, and her teammates were not so happy that she was on the team, so they didn't make much effort to protect her and help her. That was okay with her, though, she was much stronger than anyone on either team, even though the ages of the players went up to 18 years old. She lead her team to an undefeated season, mostly because she was the power behind the offense, where she played running back, and the defense, playing a middle linebacker. In one game she had 153 running yards, 3 touchdowns, 19 tackles and 9 sacks, and when she wasn't scoring and tackling, she was helping her other teammates by taking on 2 or 3 guys at a time and freeing up the quarterback or running back to run for a touchdown, or taking down 3 linemen at a time and having one of her teammates tackle the running back or quarterback for a loss. She was the leading scorer and assist leader on her soccer team, almost every game she scored a hat trick, mostly because she was so much faster then the other girls, she also had a powerful kick that would zip past even the staunchest goal tenders. She was the team captain and the soccer team went undefeated also because of her strength and speed. Baseball was a little harder, but still she was one of the top three players in the all boy's league, she was a pitcher who could also hit fairly well. She hit the second most home runs and the third most Runs Batted In, and struck out the most batters in the league that year and being the first girl to enter a supposed men's only game, she established herself as the best athlete to play her position in that state since the 150's. But at 16 years old, she was only beginning to reach her full muscle-building potential! Now, here we are in modern times, Jenny is 18 years old and possible the most muscular person, proportionally, on the planet. And also, one of the strongest people period on Earth, as last month's state powerlifting meet can attest to. In the 150 pound class, she broke every state, country and world powerlifting record that ever existed. When she stood up on the squat platform and requested 900 pounds, the crowd just gasped in amazement, no girl this young and small could possibly perform such a feat, especially on her first lift, could she? Well, not only did she, she performed 3 reps with the unbelievable weight, and looked like she could do more reps with it. This weight was over 8 times her own bodyweight, but she powered it up with seeming ease. Next she said put on 1000 pounds, over 6 times her bodyweight. She squatted with such grace and fluidity that it made seasoned powerlifters with decades of experience green with envy. Her final lift was set for 1250 pounds, over 8 times her own bodyweight, imagine that, this girl is only 18 years old and she planned on squatting 8 times what she herself weighed! The crowd were hushed with awe and anticpation as she took the bar of the rests. She took a couple of short breaths of anticpation and then slowly, but fully within control bent her knees and squatted the huge weight, with much struggle and determination, she managed to do it. The crowd sent up a roar that almost shook the auditorium to its foundation. She took first in squatting in the woman's bracket, and only 3 of the men were able to beat her biggest squat, and they were at least three times her weight. Next came the deadlift. She asked what the superheavyweight female record for the competition was. The judges were amazed and sat openmouthed for a couple of seconds before looking it up. "1095 pounds, Miss Williams, is that your starting weight?" The head of the committee asked. "Well, might as well start with an even 1100, I like establishing new records, so I can beat them whenever I can, I like improving on myself." That went without saying to those who had known her from birth, going from a weak, sickly looking 12 year old, to the vision of health that stood before them now. She got down and deadlifted the 1100 pounds like it wasn't full of iron plates, but more like styrofoam, that was the ease in which she pulled up the massive weight. "1,175 pounds next please?" The crowd was shocked, but not nearly as shocked as the judges, "Are you sure you want 1,175 on your second lift?" She just smiled and said "Well, if I don't lift it, I am going to have to try it again, but I don't think I'll fail it, do you?" Again, she didn't warm up at all, she just got down and proceeded to lift the 1,175 pounds, with just a little bit of struggle, amazing the crowd with her unreal strength, but that wasn't the end. She said "Okay, last lift, I want 1300 on there." The judges just nodded dumbly, knowing that this was not a girl to be questioned, she was far stronger than she looked, that was for sure. So the bar was loaded with enough weight, ten and a half times her own bodyweight, which she was about to attempt to deadlift. She actually warmed-up and stretched and looked almost nervous, but after she chalked up, she put all doubts out of her mind and took her stance. She gripped the bar so hard that her hands looked to have veins all over them, but before they were never noticed. She went through all kinds of ministrations, then started the lift, the bar did not leave the ground immediately, but she strained and grunted and strained more, her neck was bulging with muscle and veins as she struggled to get the weight off the ground. Finally, after what seemed to her and the awed crowd like hours, but was probably about 45 seconds, she managed to deadlift the weight, but struggled the whole way. The judges gave her the nod and with a great groan of relief she set down the immense weight. Another weightclass/women's world record of 1300 for the deadlift. After only two events she had a total of 2550 pounds, and next was her best event, benchpress! After years and years of push-ups, one-handed, two-handed, two-handed while someone had stood on her back, then, incredibly, one-handed with someone standing on her back, her main focus throughout all of her working out was her chest and arms. When she began working out at 16 she found that her bench press was already incredible by anyone's standards, as in her first workout she benched 185 for 30 reps, 225 for 15 reps, and then as a finally 315 for 8 reps, and she would only get stronger. Yup, after she found out that her chest was her strongest bodypart, she trained it even harder then before, doing countless pushups with first one person, then two people, and finally three people (her mom, dad, and little brother) standing on her back! Then, doing her weightlifting routine, in which she used 125 pound dumbells for flies and 200 pound dumbells for incline presses. No weight seemed to be too heavy for her when she worked her chest and that was to be proved in the contest. She asked the judges for the highest weight lifted by a man at the contest for bench press, that weight was 780 pounds, which for her, even on a bad day made an easy warm-up weight. Indeed, this was no regular girl! She asked for 795, since she wanted to destroy every record that has ever been established at the contest, and in doing that, she matched the world record for Superheavyweight men's bench press, and this was her starting weight! Now, you can guess what happened, the girl, only 18 years old, asks the judges for the highest bench press in the state to be set as he starting weight, the crowd first was awed into silence, but not long after that initial response they broke out in a round of applause unlike that has heard since the record had been set four years before. The man who set it was there as an interested observer, knowing after her previous feats that his record was in serious danger. But who could have predicted that this girl would come out of nowhere and set the whole world on its ear. So, finally getting to the point, the girl pressed 795 with absolute ease, no obvious struggle at all, which made the huge man, 375 pounds if he weighed an ounce shake his head in resignation, but acceptance. The judges, without even hesitating asked her for her next poundage, they had been amazed at her strength enough today, they were accepting the fact that this girl's strength was almost superhuman, and were happy for her to a certain degree. "900, please." Jeez, even they weren't expecting this, 900 pounds is well above the highest weight ever bench pressed by anyone in the world, this girl obviously didn't know how special she was, this would put her in a class all by herself, and this would only be her second try! Well, she got under the bar and proceeded to lift it, with only a little bit of noticable strain, after racking it she jumped back to her feet and stretched a bit. The crowd was awed, unbelieving that this 18 year old girl could be that strong, but couldn't hold back their applause after realizing that this wasn't a dream, this was real life, and this girl was destroying all their concepts of female power. "Final lift, miss Williams?" The head judge asked, since he was the only one who could speak after that awesome feat. "975 pounds, please sir." Well that isn't too bad, thought the judges, she usually went up farther, concerning her previous lifts. The crowd applauded again on hearing the poundage, for they knew if she was able to lift it or not, they were now in the presence of the world's strongest woman, and heck, the world's strongest person overall, and they were proud because she was from their home state. She got down and lifted the immense weight off the rack, the bar was bending before with the massive weights that were on it, but now it appeared that it was on the verge of breaking with 930 pounds on it. After many moments of shallow breathing and focusing, she finally brought the bar down to her chest, and after waiting a second for the judges signal, she slowly, but surely brought the weight up again, much to her and the crowd's relief. Finally, the day was over, the crowd was drained from all the excitement that they went through. Jenny was herself drained, but with a sense of Euphoria, because she was thoroughly spent, with good reason, setting every record for male or female strength in the state, and in terms of bench, the world! Jenny was getting compliments left and right, there were several questions too, how'd she get so strong, when did she start lifting, is she using any illegal substances? She answered their questions with patience and kindness, she had been lifting for six hours a day, five days a week since she was 15, and no she hadn't been using any substances at all, she was just genetically strong. She had told them how she started out so weak and by doing strenuous exercise from 12 years old on she grew her body strong and hard, and loved the feeling of her muscles burning and pumping. She said it had become almost like an addiction, the stronger she got, the more intense the feelings got for her, and the more she wanted to get stronger and more muscular. "This is the final result, years of working out, years of the right nutrition, great genetics and you can get superstrong like me." With that advice she left, leaving the cheering cards and stunned reporters behind. The End
