Supergirl vs Helga Hammerfist 3 For the next six weeks Supergirl struggled vainly with the problem of Helga Hammerfist. Lex had fully assessed the possibilities of the total physical and psychological domination that Helga had obtained over her. Every gang of Enhanced Army that went out on a job carried with it either a large lead lined box, or lead lined curtains, or anything made of lead which was big enough to conceal Helga's huge body. Supergirl, picking up sight of the Enhanced Army with her telescopic vision, from miles away, would find all her limbs quaking in terror at the possibility of confronting Helga. An attack of wild, unreasoning panic would overwhelm her, and she would flee. It didn't matter if she saw the Enhanced Army from miles away, and high in the sky... logic had nothing to do with it.She did not feel safe until she had fled Earth. At first her panic abated when she hid on the dark side of the moon. But soon even that wasn't far enough. She quaked, quivered, sweated and even vomited until she was well past Mars. Only then did she feel safe from the vision of Helga which loomed constantly before her. Nor could she find relief in sleep. The agony of her shattering demolition by Helga Hammerfist haunted all her dreams. The Enhanced Army had things all their own way. Other superheroines could not help. Mary Marvel interrupted two Enhanced Armys heists, but Helga was waiting for her the third time she tried it. Mary was found unconscious, all but dead, the next morning. Helga had not even tried to hit her. Helga had simply grabbed Mary's head, and stuffed it into her massive chest between her two huge diamond-firm breasts. Mary had struggled with all her strength, which was easily equal to Supergirl's, but the muscles of one of Helga's arms had easily held her helpless, until, with the words "We can't have you muttering magic words now can we", Helga smothered Mary to unconsciousness in her breasts, and held her there until she was almost dead. Wonder Woman had run into Helga first time out. The Enhanced Army was in the steel lined underground vault of a bank when the Amazon Princess had burst in on them. Throwing her magic lasso around Helga she had called upon them all to surrender. With a laugh, and a cry of "That toy doesn't work on muscles as dense as these" Helga had flexed her body, until the magic lasso snapped to pieces under the irresistible power of Helga's muscles. Wonder Woman had leapt at Helga and thrown a punch, but Helga had caught her hand in midflight and held her immobile. Then one punch from Helga had broken Wonder Woman's jaw, and snapped the Amazon's head back so hard that her neck broke. Her body was slammed back so hard that it was smashed clean through the ten foot steel door of the safe, fracturing her skull in the process. She carried on flying through the whole of the space in the safe, until she ended up deeply embedded in the twenty foot thick steel lining of the safe wall. Helga had yanked her out and filmed a videotape of her standing over Wonder Woman's body."Not bad for one soft punch." She had roared. "But I don't want Wonder Wimp. I don't even want Mary Muppet. I want the Superbimbo. And when I get her it won't be a one punch cakewalk. I'll inflict so much pain on her invulnerable body that she'll plead with me for death. Then I'll tear her to pieces." WonderWoman had survived, but she and Mary had to be taken to Paradise Island for prolonged treatment from Mala's purple ray. Helga did not intend to wait long for her confrontation with the Maiden of Might. A week later the Enhanced Army kidnapped the 7 year old daughter of the mayor of Gotham City. The word came out. Supergirl had forty eight hours to present herself at the arena again, and to fight Helga, or little Amy would be killed. Supergirl had her intelligence to rely on, but nothing else. One thing was clear. She needed help. Half an hour after Helga's announcement a lithe, fit 6' 3" tall woman, with long black hair, a face to die for, and a body and breasts to kill for was striding along the more expensive streets of Gotham City. This was the fabulous, and fabulously wealthy Selina Kyle. She was a mystery to the people of Gotham. No one knew the source of her wealth - although she seemed to have satisfied the IRS on that score - or where she had come from. The Batman had spent years trying to identify her with the equally mysterious Catwoman, the arch criminal who had eluded every attempt at capture, and who had defeated both Batman and, on one noteworthy occasion, even Superman, every time they had met. But to no avail. Selina walked the streets of Gotham City a free woman. On this occasion she was stopped by a young, dark haired woman, of very plain, dowdy appearance, who said to her "Ms Kyle. I desperately need to talk to you about a matter of vital importance. Please let me speak to you" Selina cast an expert eye up and down this woman. She noticed that the hair was a wig, although it was a miracle of design which would have deceived anyone but herself. She could see that the girl was blonde. She also noticed that the girl's dowdy, shapeless clothes were designed to hide what she could see was really a killer body, and that girl was really very beautiful. This was interesting. Selina never wasted words. "Come!" she said, motioning to an outdoor table at Gotham's smartest coffee shop. They sat down. "Well!" said Selina. "And what does the Girl of Steel want with me?" "Your help" said Supergirl. "Why me?" said Selina. "From what I hear you need a good psychiatrist, which I am not, and a large arsenal of nuclear weapons, which I do not have." "You can help because it is well known that Catwoman is far and away the best exponent in the whole world of every kind of martial art, because she can combine them all into something much more powerful than any one of them alone, and that her fighting skills are so well honed that she fights with much more speed than any superspeed I can generate when fighting." "Why do you speak of Catwoman to me? What have I to do with her?" "This is all completely off the record. Between no one but you and me." Selina nodded. She had already noticed the absence of any wiring about the girl's body. "Carry on!" she said. "I have studied the tape of your... sorry Catwoman's fight with Superman," said the girl. I have seen how your speed and skill enabled you far to outclass him.I have seen how he couldn't lay a finger on you, no matter how hard he tried, because in any situation you always knew all of the fighting options open to him, and you were prepared for each one of them. I have seen how the Amazonium enhancers which you wear in your gloves and your boots protected you when you hit him, and enhanced your strength to the point where he started to feel your blows. Finally I have seen how, after three hours of continuous pounding, you drove him to his knees, knocked him out with a crushing right hook to the jaw, and made good your escape." "Catwoman did all that did she?" Selina smiled. It was difficult to see if she was enjoying the description or re-living a pleasant memory. "And if so.. so what?" "So this.." and Supergirl leaned forward and whispered to Selina for about fifteen minutes. "Well.. " said Selina. "I don't say that this Catwoman person, who you seem to think is me, would object to helping you in that way. Might be fun" she chuckled. Then she saw Supergirl turn pale. She put her hand over Supergirl's hand as it lay on the table. "This Helga character's really got to you hasn't she!?" Supergirl nodded dumbly. "Well" said Selina, "I think that Catwoman might ask a price for this assistance. She could be persuaded to help... in fact I think I could go so far as to guarantee her help... if Batman's file trying to link her identity with..er.. certain persons... were to be delivered to me, together with Batman's sworn word that no copies have been kept. I'll take his word. Old Batburger may be tiresome, but he's honest." "Done!" said Supergirl. An hour later Supergirl was flying slowly through the sky, peering down at the roofs of houses, looking through them with her x-ray vision. But she was not alone. In her arms she carried a tall, spectacular woman... the Catwoman. But it was Catwoman with a difference... as she had never been seen before. The blonde wig... the blue uniform... the red cape... the "S" logo... she looked the image of Supergirl, albeit very much sexier. Supergirl spotted the house. Amy was in one of the rooms, tied to a chair which was stapled to the floor. Helga was with her. Supergirl could see that the chair was so stapled that it would take her a few seconds to free Amy. The trap was set as Supergirl had anticipated. In the few seconds that it would take her to free Amy, Helga would be on her, and then... Goodbye Supergirl. If only her plan would work. She turned in mid-air. She swooped down to the house, smashed through the wall of the room in which Helga prowled, dropped Catwoman on to her feet, and zoomed out of the room, as fast as light, before Helga could see her. Helga rose slowly. "Ah Superbimbo!!" she smiled. She flexed her massive muscles. To her surprise the Supergirl with which she was faced did not flinch. She placed her fists on her hips and scrutinised her critically. "Nice muscles sweetie" she said."Pity about the hair. Ever thought of trying a really good beautician." With a roar Helga charged at her. Catwoman summed up the situation like lightning. This woman was like nothing she had ever come across. She could not be withstood. She could break Superman into little pieces in seconds without breaking sweat. No Amazonium could even impinge on her. She was speedy and clever. But Catwoman was faster and cleverer, the best unarmed fighter at any discipline in the world. A slight movement on her part caused Helga to halt in her tracks and change direction. Another slight movement and Helga stopped, and charged again. "Clumsy are we deary..."said Catwoman. "With momentum like yours direction must be so haaaaard to change... mustn't it?" She leaped to one side, and crouched as Helga's fist missed her by a millimetre. Suddenly Helga stopped, and looked carefully at her. "You're not the blonde bimbo!" she said. "You haven't even got superstrength. But why...?" Then she realised what was happening. With another roar she turned towards Amy. But she was too late. Catwoman had engaged Helga's attention just long enough to enable Supergirl to turn back, to fly into the room at the speed of light, and to release Amy. By the time Helga had realised what was happening Supergirl had leaped out of the window with Amy, and was miles away. Helga turned towards Catwoman, but she was also at the window. "Toodleooo honey" she called, as she dropped out of the window, to be swooped up by Supergirl who had already deposited Amy in safety. "You were just so, so WONDERFUL Catwoman" said Supergirl wonderingly as she carried the female felon slowly through the sky. "I could never have faced that monster by myself. I felt so safe with you around. I'd really love to work with you again. Could we meet... please?" Catwoman noticed the adolescent enthusiasm in Supergirl's voice. She smiled, and stretched her long beautiful body sinuously and luxuriously in Supergirl's arms. Her bountiful breasts brushed against Supergirl's bosom. Supergirl felt a sudden thrill coursing through her body, which intensified as Catwoman raised one hand and subtly, almost as if by accident, fondled one of Supergirl's breasts with her expert fingers. Her leg stretched out, and her thigh inserted itself slowly between Supergirl's legs. Supergirl moaned gently, and her eyes glazed over, Catwoman lifted her head, and brushed her lips gently against the open mouth which Supergirl was holding out dreamily towards her. She flicked her tongue in and out with the speed of light, smiling to herself as Supergirl caught her breath. She moved her mouth against Supergirl's ear, flicked her tongue in and out again, and whispered breathily into it. "We will meet.." she said. "I will call you. and when I call you... you will come..." Then, taking advantage of Supergirl's dazed distraction, she rolled out of Supergirl's arms, switched on the jets which she wore in her boots, opened her Catshute, and soared away. Slowly Supergirl pulled herself together, and landed. Now she had two problems: how to deal with Helga, and how to survive until she saw Catwoman again.
