Hilda, Dave & Olga - 1 By Juno, jimfla86@hotmail.com During the ride home from work, Dave wondered what the next few weeks would have in store for him. Dave's wife, Hilda, had left work early to pick up her mother from the airport. Hilda's mother was flying over from Germany to spend time with them during the Christmas holidays. Dave and Hilda had been married just over four months, they both were teachers at a local high school. Dave taught history and coached the men's golf and tennis teams. Hilda taught physical education and coached the girl's volleyball team. Dave and Hilda had met during the summer, where they both taught on an educational cruise ship. Dave was from Georgia and Hilda was from Germany. They were married in New York City when the summer cruise terminated. Hilda was able to get a teaching position at Dave's school, mainly because of the volleyball coaching position vacancy. Although Hilda had not played volleyball, her educational and sports background helped her gain the position, it did not hurt that Dave also served as the unofficial (meaning unpaid) assistant athletic director at the school. Hilda's sports background was basketball; she was on the German women's Olympic team. Although she was not a starter on the team, her basketball skills were considerable. Hilda would have preferred to coach the girls basketball team, but that position was filled by an individual that had led the girls team to championship seasons the past three out of the last four years. Dave and Hilda were a popular and attractive couple. Dave was trim and athletic, standing about 5' 10" and weighing about 155 pounds. Hilda was also trim and athletic, she was a little taller than Dave, standing almost 6' tall and weighing about 170 pounds. Hilda felt that Dave might be sensitive about her weighing more than him, so she made sure that he did not know her real weight. Dave had assumed that Hilda weighed about 130 pounds. While Hilda did not look heavier than Dave, her genetics allowed her to have a long and lean muscular system. Hilda also knew that she was fairly strong, and considering Dave's sensitivity, she did not demonstrate her strength. Hilda knew that Dave was proud of his athletic prowess and wanted the two of them to be active together in sporting activities, but they had been so busy from teaching, marriage, buying a house, etc., that neither had time to be involved with sporting activities between themselves. Hilda was not sure if Dave would react positively if he discovered that her strength and athletic ability in sports other than basketball would perhaps be either equal or better to that of Dave's. Hilda had played a lot of golf and tennis in Germany and often competed against men. Hilda knowing that Dave was already a little sensitive about her being almost 2" taller than him, she felt that they needed some more time together learning about each other physical abilities. Neither Dave's or Hilda's families had attended the wedding. In fact, Dave and Hilda had not met any of each other's families. Hilda had only a mother and two sisters in Germany, while Dave's immediate family was just his parents, who lived in California. The visit by Hilda's mother would be the first of either family to visit. As Hilda waited for her mother's plane to unload at the Atlanta airport, she wondered how her mother would react. It had always been her mother's dream for Hilda to play for the German team and to earn an Olympic medal. Her mother was not pleased when Hilda called to tell her that she was married and was settling in the United States. In fact, they had barely communicated during the first couple of months of her marriage. Then her mother's attitude seemed to change. It was her mother's suggestion that she visit her and Dave. How could she say no, since her mother had been so nice and agreeable the last two months. Hilda looked up and saw that the planes occupants were now starting to go through Customs. Hilda started to pace, trying to calm her nerves. Her mother had at times in the past had been a bit demanding of Hilda and her sisters. She knew her mother only wanted the best for her daughters and it was hard raising three girls without a father. The sisters were only a year apart in age and their father had died when the oldest, Greta, was just four years old. As Hilda continued to pace, she heard a commotion at one of the lines in Customs. "Damit, stop pushing and banging that bag into me," said an irritated man's voice. "Harold, be nice and don't cause any trouble," said a worried women's voice. "Yes Harold, be nice and move along like a good little boy, you don't want any trouble with the mean lady," laughed another woman, but in a booming voice, not a worried voice. Hilda looked up and saw her mother, she was prodding the man in front of her with her purse. Hilda sighed, as it appeared that the commotion in the line directly involved her mother. Her mother was behind a man and women and she appeared to be pushing the man with her purse in one hand and her other hand was on the women's back, pushing her forward as well. The couple had at least four bags and were having trouble getting them to the Custom's desk, adding to their discomfort was Hilda's mother pushing and prodding them from behind. "You wouldn't have some much trouble moving along if you had either checked some of the bags or developed some muscle to carry them," boomed Hilda's mother. "Those of us behind you, should not be slowed by your ineptness," she said. Hilda's mother gave another push to the couple, which caused the man to stumble. He lost his grip on one of the bags dropping it to the floor. A sound of breaking glass came from the bag as it hit the floor. The man put the other bag down and whirled around to face Hilda's mother. "Now look what you have done, with all your pushing and hurrying us in the line," he said. "You are going to pay for that or else," he muttered. "Or else what, Harold, what are you going to do," Hilda's mother boomed. Hilda's mother stepped forward and poked Harold in the chest with her finger, stating again, "Or what little man." Hilda's mother stood about a half of a head taller than Harold and almost a full head taller than Harold's wife. She literally towered over both of them. Although Harold appeared to be about Hilda's age, approximately 30 years old, it was Hilda's mother that appeared to be the more formable and robust of the two. The force of Hilda's mother finger poke moved Harold back a little, causing him to bump into his wife. "Just get the bags and let's go," said Harold's wife. "You best listen to the your wife, Harold, you are in way over your head, that's both literally and figuratively, little man," laughed Hilda's mother. Harold just stared up at Hilda's mother, who was smiling down at him. As Harold started to say something, Hilda's mother stopped smiling and cocked her head, as if to say; "you better keep your mouth shut and move on." Harold seemed to read her expression correctly, he just turned around and got his bags and hurried to the waiting Custom's desk. "Finally, the little Harold can move when he is properly motivated," Hilda's mother laughed and the other people in line laughed as well. Only causing Harold and his wife to turn redder than they already were. "To bad he was afraid of you, I would have like to seen you kick his ass or at least allow me kick his ass," said a lady behind Hilda's mother. Hilda's mother turned around to face a woman just a few years younger than her smiling at her. The woman was a little shorter than Hilda's mother, but possessed the same formable body frame as did Hilda's mother. "Most men are like him, all talk and no go, they are not sure how to handle a strong and capable woman," said the lady. "They are not ready to deal with an equal society or accept that a woman could be their equal or better." "Here is my card, if you are staying in the Atlanta area give me a call sometime and we can compare notes on how to train today's male. Just maybe we can make them into something useful after all," she laughed as she moved up behind Harold and his wife. She continued what Hilda's mother started, she started to crowd and quietly harass Harold. Hilda's mother made it through Customs and was met by Hilda. "Mother, what was all that about," asked Hilda. "Nothing, just another bumbling male, that moves like an old fart and thinks that the world should wait for him," laughed Hilda's mother. "Come here daughter and let me see you," she pulled Hilda toward her and gave her a hug. Then she started to feel Hilda's arms, back, shoulder and other parts of Hilda's body. Although Hilda was right at 6' tall, she looked almost small next to her Mother. Hilda's mother was only a 1/2" or so taller than Hilda, but her body was bigger. Not fat, just big and broad. Hilda's mother was trim, but her shoulders, hips and thighs were substantial. Although, she didn't look heavy, Hilda's mother weighed just over 200 pounds. Hilda's mother also looked much younger than she really was, she had just turned 50, but barely looked 40. "So lets go, I want to meet my new son-in-law, I want to see what is more important than your family, Germany and the Olympics," said Hilda's mother as she propelled Hilda through the airport. As they pulled into the driveway, Hilda said, "Mother, you need to be nice when you meet Dave, this is our home, not yours, you know sometimes you have a tendency to be bossy." "Now daughter, relax, I am sure I will like your husband. I understand that this is your home, I wouldn't think of upsetting things. I just need to be sure that he is treating you good and providing for you in the style that you deserve," cooed Hilda's mother as she patted her daughter on the shoulder. As they pulled in the garage, Dave's car was already there. "Good, Dave's home," said Hilda as they parked next to Dave's car. "Daughter, why is your husband driving the BMW and you the Ford?" asked Hilda's mother. "Oh, that was Dave's before we married and it is his pride and joy," answered Hilda as they went into the house. "So what, you are married now, what was his is now also yours," said Hilda's mother. Hilda didn't answer, she heard the shower running. Dave usually took a shower after work, so Hilda said, "Mother, have a seat, would you like something to drink?" "Yes, juice or bottled water would be fine," said Hilda's mother as she continued into the living room. As Hilda was preparing the drinks, she heard something behind her. "Well, you look alone, where is the German diva, did she miss her plane or did she lose her broom," laughed Dave as he came into the kitchen. Apparently, Dave thought only Hilda was home, since all he had on were his flip-flops and a towel around his waist. Hilda turned, saw Dave and before she could speak, she heard, "No I didn't miss my plane, my broom is just fine and the German diva is right behind you, my new son-in-law or should I say my new almost naked, little son-in- law," boomed Hilda's mother. Dave turned quickly around to see Hilda's mother standing not more that three feet behind him. Hilda's mother stood very erect with her hands on her hips and smiling down at Dave. Dave was at a lost for words, he started to redden and started to mumble, "uh, uh, yes, I mean.. "What's a matter son-in-law, cat got your tongue," laughed Hilda's mother. "I thought all American men had something to say, whether it was relevant or not. Don't worry, I am sure you will remember how to talk. You can call me Olga for now," as she reached out and took Dave's hand into her hand. Olga shook Dave's hand, then continue to hold his hand with hers after shaking hands. With Dave's hand still in her grasp, Olga pulled Dave a little closer and with her other hand grabbed the top edge of Dave's towel that was resting on his hip. "Maybe I should inspect my new son-in-law from head to toe in his altogether," said Olga, as she pretended to pull off Dave's towel from his body. Dave tried to push off Olga's left hand from his towel, but could not. He also tried to pull his other hand from Olga's grasp, but he failed to break her grip. With Dave trying to swat away her hand from his towel and trying to pull away from her grip on his hand, it looked like he was dancing with Olga. The problem was that Dave was the only one moving, Olga was standing in place, grinning down at Dave's ineffectual efforts. Olga started to laugh at Dave's efforts to get loose from her grip and still maintain the towel around his body. Dave was getting even redder and was still not able to put together his words. Finally Dave said, "Hilda, tell your Mother to let me go." Now Olga was laughing even harder, still holding Dave in place with her hand and feinting with her other hand as if to remove his towel. Dave was still hopping around and now had lost one of his flip-flops. Hilda started to laugh, Dave looked foolish as he hopped about and trying to pull away from her Mother. Looking at the scene between Dave and Olga, to Hilda, it looked like Dave was a little boy who had done something wrong and had been caught by his mother. "Damnit, Hilda, stop laughing and help me get this bitch off me," yelled Dave. The laughing by both Olga and Hilda stopped practically at the same time. Neither said a word, Hilda covered her mouth in shock at what Dave had said. It had now gone from a game to a serious situation, especially for Dave. Hilda had seen her Mother when she got mad and it was not a pretty sight. Dave stopped hopping around, knowing that he had gone to far. He looked up at Olga, who now was not smiling, just staring down at Dave. Her one hand still held him captive, her other hand was now at her side. "Olga, I am sorry, please I just got carried away, please let me go and I will go get some clothes on, so we can start over again," said Dave. "Little man, it is too late for you to be sorry and we will not start over again, what I will do is finish what you started," said Olga. Continuing to hold Dave in place by his hand, Olga yanked Dave's towel off his body. Olga released Dave's hand and then grabbed his left bicep and started to walk him to the living room. As Olga gripped his bicep, she pulled up, making Dave walk on his toes. "Ouch, that hurts Olga," yelped Dave, as he tried without success to pry Olga's grip from his bicep. "That is just the beginning of your being hurt," snapped Olga. Olga sat on the edge of the couch and pulled Dave across one of her legs. The other leg, she placed over the back of Dave's legs. One of Dave's arms was jammed against Olga's stomach and held firmly in place. Dave's other was hanging toward the floor, as Olga released her grip on his arm and she grabbed Dave by the back of his neck. Olga started to slowly squeeze the back of Dave's neck. "Little man, I can snap your neck with my hand, so I would suggest you lie still while I administer your punishment for your rude behavior and bad language," snapped Olga as she increased the pressure of her grip on his neck. "Ok, ok, please stop, I will be still. Please let me up, I am sorry, I am sorry, please Olga, Hilda please, please, ..," cried Dave. "Ok, you lie still and your neck will be fine, let's us now work on your attitude adjustment," said Olga as she raised her hand in the air. Olga's open palm of her hand crashed down on Dave's backside 12 times, then she stopped. By this time Dave was sobbing, not talking or pleading, just sobbing. Olga still had Dave entrapped over her lap by her one leg and stilled gripped his neck with her hand. Her other hand lay still on redden backside. Olga looked over toward Hilda who had not moved from the other side of the room where she watched the destruction of her husband by her Mother. "Well Hilda, I guess I got here just in time, there seems to be a good deal of male training to be done here," said Olga. With that said, Olga rolled Dave off her lap and on the floor. Dave still making whimpering noises, lay in place at Olga's feet. "Hilda, come over here and get this piece of so-called American man and take him to your bed and start to explain the Olga Schmidt family facts of life, little Dave is now one of the Schmidt family," laughed Olga, "even if he is the lowest, smallest and weakest Schmidt family member. "Yes Mother," said Hilda. Hilda pulled Dave to his feet, then lifted him in a cradle hold against her body and she carried him up the stairs to their bedroom. Olga heard Hilda tell Dave to stop whimpering, that this was only the beginning in his indoctrination into the Olga's family.
