Cardio Kickboxing Chapter 4 - Kelly in the dojo I was in the dojo watching Kelly warm up. She was wearing her gi with a blackbelt expertly tied around her. It was going to be a special night. Two new guys had recently joined her Tae Kwon Do club. They claimed to be experts in Chinese kempo and very cocky. Ed and Jay had a big attitude problem. They were always picking on the other students and showed no respect for the instructors. They had made a very big mistake. They had picked Kelly's dojo! The class started with warm ups. Kelly went into full splits. You could see her sexy high arched soles and flexible toes. After the warm up, the students started with bag training. Kelly paired up with Jay. He held pads against his chest while Kelly launched a series of kicks. Jay grimaced after receiving the impact of her kicks. Her last kick was a powerful jump spinning back kick which sent Jay flying across the dojo. Kelly's foot had penetrated the pad and broke his ribs. I knew Jay wouldn't be back. The last part of the class, was sparring. Kelly's selected Ed as her sparring partner. He was 6 ft tall and about 190 lbs. He bounced around on the balls of his feet taunting Kelly. He said,"The problem with Tae Kwon Do sparring is it just a game of tag." Kelly snapped a roundhouse kick to the side of his face and said, "You're it." Ed was slowed by the Kelly's foot but gradually built momentum. He threw a plethora of punches and kicks at Kelly which always missed. She was toying with him. In frustration, he charged her. Ed's forward momentum was stopped by one of Kelly's patented toe kicks to his stomach. He bent over in pain, yet she didn't take advantage of his prone position. She left her foot waist level and pointed her toes at him. I knew Ed was about to go down. He gradually gained his breath and then charged her one more time. Kelly snapped a kick that landed just below his throat. Her toes struck just below his Adam's apple. Ed started choking. He went down to the ground gasping. Fortunately, there was a paramedic in the dojo that opened his air passage so he could start breathing. An ambulance came and Ed was carried out. Ed and Jay never returned to the dojo. They lived in fear of Kelly's feet.
