Who better to be her Herald than the Silver Surfer.
She heads to his home planet and announces that unless he submits to her will and swears and oath, she will destroy the planet. To emphasize the point, she casually hurls one of the moons into the Sun.
She waits above the planet, whilst Surfer on his Board comes out to meet her.
