Seeing that there are no challenges left in this universe. Judy uses the power cosmic to transport her and Surfer to another universe.
She arrives in the Image Universe and realises to her surprise that there is no such thing as the power cosmic here. She is stripped of the power cosmic, and is back to what she was before Galactus. Thr surfer denied access to the power cosmic, loses his power, and is suddenly naked and powerles in space.
If she reacts quickly Judy can save hhis life.... Instead she watches calmly as he dies horribly from exposure to vacuum.
She heads to Earth to take on the mightest heroes of the Image Universe.
