"Do you think mere chains can hold me!?" Judy wrenches her arms apart shattering the metal links.
"No stupid but, I can!" Superchick grabs Judy's arm and twists it holding it behind her back, painfuly. She squeezes once, and there is a sickening snap. She has broken Judy's arm.
She proceeds to slap Judy to within an inch of her life, seemingly overcome with fury at what this super villain did to her friends. Judy's face is a bleeding mess, she has lost several teeth, adn one of her eyes is so badly bruised, it has closed shut.
"Stop this madness Superchick!" She turns to se a recovered Superguy rushing towards her.
"Superguy, you're alright!?" she exclaimed
"Don't worry about me, it looked worse than it actually was, and anyway with my super healing, I feel right as rain. What ever crime she has committed, no one deserves to be beaten whilst in captavity. I am disapointed in you, Superchick you have lost control of yourself and abused your superpowers against someone weaker than yourself," he chides.
"I just rescued your butt, and you have the gall to lecture me about how I treat my prisoners, you should be thanking me for saving your life not lecturing me!"
"Enough of that talk missy, or I'll put you over my knee."
"You and whose army?"
"I'll show you to respect you elders"

What do you do now?

	Superchick and Superguy get into a fight
	Judy uses the distraction to attack them both by surprise
