She saw Joe's punch come hard out of his shoulder and extend
just past the side of her head. He was smiling. She had
been unable to react quickly enough, and hadn't moved. The
punch blew a wind and a cold sensation over her bare left
shoulder, tickling the edge of her pink earlobe. Judy
shifted anxiously, stiffening a little more than she would
have liked as she crouched down into a fistfighting stance.
Little pointy goosebumps grew out of the white skin of her
exposed teenag
