Black Rose gloated wickedly as the image of her killing Justice got splashed on the newspapers and in the news and sure enough her big sister Twen made it clear that she would find her and bring her to justice. To Black Rose this may well prove a chance of a lifetime, Twen and one other so called Super Heroinne still was a thorn in the criminal elements side if she could eliminate her as well Crime would quickly rise and with it her own power.
From contacts she had she knew Twen had a habit of showing on the rooftop of a certain building to watch over the city, it would be perfect to set up th encounter her way.
Sure enough, that night Twen found herway to the rooftop in question, one she preferred to watch a particularly rough area from and found taped to a wall on the roof a huge picture of her killing her sister and a very obvious envelope in the center of it with her name on it.
Opening it up, she read the note. "The city is not big enough for us both, you swore to bring me to justice I swear to end your stupid life just as I ended your sisters! If you are not a coward come to Fenlock's Glen to the north, a small waterfall nearby hides a cave entry in which you can find me at Midnight. Come alone bitch if you dare to, and let's settle this between us woman to woman if you can!
